FACE COVERING MUST BE WORN whenever guests are not sitting at their table/chairs.
People are not allowed to stand/congregate in the entranceway, lobby area, or anywhere in the venue- basically everyone must be seated unless entering/leaving facility, using restrooms or getting food/drinks
MAXIMUM GUESTS PER TABLE is 8, and all tables must be spaced out by 6'. It is up to the venue and host party to ensure all new guidelines are being followed. Thank You.
The Screening Room offers a true alternative to the typical hotel
and conference room setting. The venue is perfect for mid-sized events, and handles only one function at a time, so your event is our only priority. The Screening Room is also one of the only event locations where you may bring in your own food or caterer. (Note- All food must be served "plated"- no buffet or self serve style)
Please Note: While you may bring in a DJ or band for
an event, we do not book Dance Parties.

Room Rental fees vary depending on event day/times, number attending and room setup requirements.
Rentals are based on a 3-4 hour event,
with any setup/teardown/cleanup time
needed included in the hours.
You may get into the room 15 minutes
before your rental time for additional setup.

If interested in a private rental, a confirmation/contract will be drawn up with the
room rental secured after the initial deposit is paid (normally $50-$100).The balance will
